HotShot

Background: HotShot is a solution to an expensive inefficiency in automotive parts delivery between dealerships and repair facilities. The product aims to capitalize on the rise of the gig economy and was acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds in 2017. I’m not permitted to share more than this web sample mockup and this mid-fidelity prototype image below.

Product design tasks: Conduct user research with existing customers (dealerships and independent repair facilities), journey map end-to-end experience (including purchasing of the OEM part) for the 3 user groups, wireframe the mobile and web experiences, create mid-fidelity prototypes, and finalize asset delivery.
